Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Automated replies. Replies are generated by an artificial-intelligence assistant, not by a person writing in real time. Conversations are stored and reviewed by our team. Do not send us sensitive personal, financial, or medical information by text.

Rewrite Your Script provides educational and self-development content. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice, and no professional relationship is created by using our website, our text-message service, our book, or our course.
