Rewrite Your Script is a book, an online course, and a text-message service operated by Bradshaw Building LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

From our text-message service. When you text our keyword to our number, we receive your mobile phone number and the content of the messages you send us. During the conversation we may ask for your first name. We store the conversation history associated with your phone number so that we can respond in context.

From our website. If you purchase the book or the course, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the name and email address you provide, and our payment processor collects billing information. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Automatically. Our website may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except for the service providers that are strictly necessary to deliver the messages themselves — for example, our SMS carrier and the artificial-intelligence provider that generates our replies. Those providers are prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.

We do not sell your personal information.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You can expect to receive messages only in response to your own messages, plus occasional follow-up messages if you have given us permission to check in with you. Message and data rates may apply.

Replies to our text-message service are generated by an artificial-intelligence assistant, not by a person writing in real time. Conversations are stored and are reviewed by our team so that we can improve the service and respond to you personally when appropriate.

Our text-message service is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or crisis support. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please call or text 988 in the United States to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your messages and continue conversations in context
• Send you information about our book, course, and other offerings
• Send our newsletter, if you have asked for it
• Fulfill purchases and provide customer support
• Improve our content and our service

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

You can unsubscribe from our email newsletter using the link at the bottom of any newsletter.

We retain conversation history so that we can pick up where we left off. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing info@rewriteyourscript.co from the address you used with us, or by including a deletion request in a text message. We will delete your information within thirty days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain records by law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email info@rewriteyourscript.co.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
